Richard Wenrick, CPM
Principal
Rich’s career spans more than 25 years in real estate management, acquisition and development. He has held senior management positions with R & B Realty Group, Oliver/MacMillan, ConAm Management, and Walters Management Company. His responsibilities have included overseeing large apartment portfolios of more than10,000 units, commercial portfolios of more than 5,000,000 square feet, and spearheading acquisition drives.
As founding principals of Trilar Management Group, Rich and Lance, along with their regional staff, oversee almost 3,000,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial properties and nearly 4,000 apartment homes throughout Southern California. Over the past three years Rich has focused on commercial management operations.
Rich has a BBA from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He also holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). He is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors® and is actively involved with industry and community endeavors.
